This time, we would like you all to meet our adventurer, the international student behind our series #PepeExploresIsrael
Pepe Domene from Mexico! 🇲🇽
Pepe is pursuing his Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey University, and came to Israel for our Cyber Security summer program! 🎓 After traveling in so many places in Israel, we caught Pepe for a chat to get to know him a bit better.
1. Favorite Hebrew word?
The sound ‘psssh’ (expression of impression) or yalla (slang for ‘go’, ‘come on’) 😋
2. Hummus or Falafel? Hummus!
3. What’s your hidden talent?
Staying free to be myself, connecting with people and sharing experiences 🙌
4. What’s one thing about you that surprises people?
How toned I am for my skinny physique.
5. If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
Sociology and psychology have always intrigued my mind 🧠
6. Would you rather be able to speak every language in the world perfectly, or be a master of every instrument?
Master of every instrument, I love music, I would thoroughly enjoy playing all instruments 🎸🎻🎺🎷🥁🎶
 
 
7. If you could have one super power, what would it be?
Easy, teleportation ✨
8. What did you want to do when you were little, and now what’s your dream job?
Most of my life I thought I’d be an architect, in different ways I’m following that desire. And now – my dream job is working on the road (consulting while traveling) ✈
9. What are your hobbies?
Yoga is my main hobby 🧘 I’m interested in martial arts 🥋 I swim every once in a while 🏊partying on weekends 🎊 and in general enjoying my time with good company 👥
10. Tell us about a Fadiha (a slip up) you had
Oh so many, which to pick. Not thinking about the future when it mattered. Other times I’ve thought too much when it didn’t matter. If I’ve learned something, it’s that timing is key and being prepared is essential.
